The Department of Work and Pensions no longer issues updated values each year.

To determine current value of NSC, use the ready reckoner located on the National Savings & Investments (ns&i) web site

Please note that you will need supplementary information to determine the value. (It might be easier to get your client to telephone them on the number provided).
